We are a nonprofit that connects unserved and underserved families in Northeast Houston and surrounding communities to resources to help them move forward
HHTC was started by Renea Gray in 1994 to connect unserved and underserved families in Northeast Houston and surrounding communities to resources to help them move forward. This charitable organization devotes all of its activity to the alleviation of poverty by providing a food pantry, referral services, temporary housing, clothing, basic needs, disaster relief, social services, and client-centered case management. HHTC conducts a full assessment to determine unmet needs and to help individuals set short-term and long-term goals.
